Exhibiting at the conference is a fantastic opportunity to have direct contact with a large number of people within the early childhood sector. Exhibition booths play a very important part in the conference. The exhibition area is in a large open area at the International Convention Centre; the exhibition area has been designed to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility to facilitate interaction between delegates and exhibitors.

To maximise exposure, morning and afternoon teas will be served in the centre of the exhibition area, and the lunch period will also include time for exhibition viewing. As an exhibitor you will receive acknowledgment on the conference website and in the Conference Pocket Program.

Should your display or exhibit have individual space or layout requirements, we would be happy to discuss your specific needs.

Exhibition booth features and inclusions

Standard exhibition booth – $2,835 (inc. GST)

Furniture 2 x Bistro chairs plus 1 x 1.8m trestle table with cloth
Walls 2.4m(h)  matte anodized aluminium frame with white laminated infill
Fascia Matt anodised aluminium frame 380mm (h) with white laminated infill
Sign Digitally printed board containing exhibitors name, stand number & event logo (max. 25 characters)
Lighting 2 x 23 watts spotlights on track per shell scheme
Power 1 x 4-amp power point (with four outlets)
Cleaning Basic cleaning will be carried out by ICC

*Attendance to conference sessions is not included in the additional exhibition pass. Exhibition pass holders wishing to attend sessions must register as a delegate and pay the appropriate registration fee.

The conference registration entitles the holder to:

  • a name badge
  • attendance at conference sessions
  • attendance at the Welcome Reception
  • morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch.

The exhibition pass entitles the holder to:

  • a name badge and entry to the exhibition
  • attendance at the Welcome Reception
  • morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch.

Booth allocation

Please select your preferred booth and pay in full. Conference organisers make every effort to accommodate exhibitors’ preference; however, priority access is given to some conference sponsors.

Final confirmation on allocated sites will be confirmed approximately two months prior to the conference.

Access to the exhibition area

Exhibitors will have access to their booth from 2.00 pm Wednesday 19 September; exhibitors can continue to prepare their displays until 4.00 pm that day.

At the conclusion of the conference, booths should be dismantled after lunch on Saturday 22 September, and dismantling must be completed by 3.00 pm.

A full exhibitor manual will be sent to exhibitors closer to the conference date providing further information on freight times and exhibitor bump out.

Please note: Exhibitors are solely responsible for any goods left behind. The International Convention Centre and Early Childhood Australia will not be held responsible for any goods left behind.
