Exhibiting at the conference is a fantastic opportunity to have direct contact with a large number of people within the early childhood sector. Exhibition booths play a very important part in the conference. The exhibition area has been designed to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility to facilitate interaction between delegates and exhibitors.

To maximise exposure, morning and afternoon teas will be served in the centre of the exhibition area, and the lunch period will also include time for exhibition viewing. As an exhibitor you will receive acknowledgment on the conference website and in the Conference Pocket Program.

Micro-booth – $1,850 (Including GST)

A limited number of micro-booths are available to small organisations offering services and consultancy. This option is designed to give small businesses an opportunity to exhibit at the ECA National Conference and gain exposure.

Please note: This option is available to organisations at the discretion of ECA and is not suitable for those wishing to display products.

Virtual exhibition booth – $1,520 (Including GST) Standalone or $760 add-on

A Virtual Exhibition booth offers fantastic value by eliminating the additional travel and logistics costs associated with an in-person exhibition. A virtual booth is a great opportunity to increase the visibility of your organisation to online attendees and have a lasting presence beyond the three-day conference. Virtual booths are available as a stand-alone option or as an add-on to the standard and micro-booths at a 50% discount. They remain visible on the virtual platform for up to 60 days after the conference.

Other inclusions

Exhibition passes

Two exhibition passes come with a standard booth and one pass with the micro-booth. An exhibition pass will entitle the holder to:

  • a name badge and entry to the exhibition
  • attendance at the welcome reception and farewell function
  • morning and afternoon tea, and lunch catering for three-days.

Please note: Attendance of conference sessions is not included in the in-person exhibition pass. Exhibition pass holders wishing to attend sessions must upgrade their package or register as a delegate and pay the appropriate registration fee.

Purchasing additional exhibition passes

Up to two additional exhibition passes per organisation can be purchased for $498 each. This option is not available for micro-booth bookings.

Upgrading exhibitor passes

Exhibitors have the option of upgrading up to two exhibition passes to full delegate registration at a discounted rate. To upgrade your package, please contact the organising team before Thursday 30 June 2022.

Gamification

An ‘e-passport style’ app game will be organised to encourage delegates to visit and interact with all exhibitors. ECA invites exhibitors to donate prizes for this game. Prizes will be drawn daily.

Location preference

You will get the option to choose your preferred booth during the online booking process. Conference organisers will make every effort to accommodate your preference; however, priority access will be given to sponsors with booths included in their package.

The final allocation of booth sites will be confirmed approximately two months prior to the conference.

Booth layout plan

Please note: Conference organisers reserve the right to alter the booth layout at any time. Booths will be re-numbered on the final plan, once unsold sites have been removed. Please do not advertise your number to delegates until the final floor plan has been released.

Exhibitor manual

A full manual will be sent to exhibitors closer to the conference date. It will provide information on freight times, exhibitor bump-in and bump-out, as well as operational details and additional order forms for food, equipment, furniture, etc.

Access to the exhibition area

Exhibitors will have access to their booths from 9.00 am (AEDT) Wednesday 5 October 2022. Exhibitors can continue to prepare their displays until 4.00 pm that day.

At the conclusion of the conference, booths must be dismantled after lunch on Saturday 8 October 2022 (dismantling must be completed by 3.00 pm (AEDT) that day).

A full exhibitor manual will be sent to exhibitors closer to the conference date. It will provide information on freight times and exhibitor bump-in and bump-out.

Please note: Exhibitors are solely responsible for their goods. National Convention Centre Canberra and Early Childhood Australia will not be held responsible for any goods misplaced or left behind.
