In-person and virtual conference scholarships are offered to educators and individuals who are based in rural and remote areas and/or may find it difficult to participate in the ECA National Conference due to limited resources.
As a Conference Scholarship Sponsor, you will help promote participation, reduce barriers for delegates wishing to attend the conference and ensure the widest possible representation at the conference. An in-person sponsorship will cover the cost of a full conference in-person registration for three days plus funds towards travel; and a virtual scholarship will cover the cost of a fully virtual registration.

Overall benefits include:
- being named a Conference Scholarship Sponsor in the Conference Pocket Program and proceedings
- company name and logo (with hyperlink to your website) published on the conference website and app
- an opportunity for sponsors and scholarship recipients to meet and have photographs taken for future media and promotional purposes (at the conference or online)
- acknowledgement of sponsorship during the opening session.
In-person benefits* include:
- one guest invitation to the VIP Speaker and Sponsor Function (event to be confirmed).

- company logo placed on the rotating sponsor banner positioned at the top of the virtual platform for the duration of the conference and up to 60 days after
