HESTA Early Childhood Education & Care Awards

The HESTA Early Childhood Education & Care Awards are presented by HESTA—your health and community services industry super fund, and supported by Early Childhood Australia.

The awards will be held in Melbourne in October 2026, in conjunction with the ECA National Conference.

There are three categories in all, designed to cover the wide range of professions and skills exhibited by Australia’s early childhood education and care professionals. Early childhood educators or professionals who used their initiative and leadership can be nominated for:

• Advancing pedagogy and practice
• Individual leadership
• Outstanding service
